What an AI-generated 3D print actually costs
You made a model with Meshy, Tripo or another AI generator. Here's what it costs to actually print and sell it, and what you're allowed to do with it.

The cost the generator doesn't show you
An AI generator charges you before you ever touch the printer: credits, a subscription, sometimes a price per model. That cost is easy to forget once the file is downloaded, but it is a real cost of the product, the same as filament or your own time.
Add it in. The calculator has a Design cost per unit field under The sale. Divide what you paid to generate the model by how many copies you plan to sell, and it lands in your margin like every other cost.
Can you sell it?
This depends on the tool you used and the plan you were on when you generated the model.
For Meshy specifically: models made on the free plan are licensed CC BY 4.0. You can sell them, but you are expected to credit Meshy in the listing. Paid plans remove that requirement, and the model is yours outright. See Meshy's own help page for the exact wording.
Other generators set their own terms. Check the plan you are on before you list anything.
