The operator

The operator's legal name, address and contact email are published here before purchases open. Until then, the site is free to use and nothing is sold.

The free service

The calculator and the public demand index are free, without an account, and stay free. They are provided as they are: the fee presets, price samples and download counts are read from public sources on the dates the pages state, and can be wrong or out of date. Check your own channel's current fees before pricing on them. The site is not tax, legal or business advice.

Pro

Pro is a digital service: the middle-half price range, 90 days of history, saved calculations and CSV export, as listed on the Pro page on the day you buy. It is sold as a monthly or yearly subscription, or as a one-time Founder seat. Prices include VAT where it applies; the checkout shows the final amount before you pay.

• Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period until cancelled. Cancel any time from the account page; access runs to the end of the period already paid, and that period is not refunded.
• The price you join at stays your price for as long as the subscription runs uninterrupted.
• A Founder seat is one payment for Pro for as long as 3D Print Index exists. It is limited to the number of seats shown on the Pro page and is not transferable.

Right of withdrawal (EU consumers)

If you are a consumer in the EU, you may withdraw from a purchase within 14 days without giving a reason and receive a full refund. Because Pro is delivered immediately, by paying you ask us to start the service at once and acknowledge that once you have used a Pro-only feature (opened the middle-half range, the 90-day history, the CSV export, or saved a calculation) the right of withdrawal is lost for that purchase. To withdraw, write to the contact page within the 14 days from the email on the account.

If the site closes

If 3D Print Index stops operating, running subscriptions are refunded for the unused part of the current period. A Founder seat is a bet on the site's future taken with open eyes: if the site closes, the seat ends with it, and any refund is at the operator's discretion. We will give at least 30 days' notice and a CSV export of the index before closing.

Acceptable use

One account per person. Do not resell, scrape or republish the Pro data as a product of your own; using it for your own shop, spreadsheets and decisions is exactly what it is for. We may suspend an account that abuses the service and will say why.

Liability and law

We are liable for intent and gross negligence, and for damage to life, body or health, without limit; for other losses caused by ordinary negligence only up to the amount you paid in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here limits rights you have as a consumer under the law of your country. These terms are governed by the law of the operator's country of establishment; consumers keep the protection of their own country's mandatory law and courts.
